Hopefully everyone is getting ready for the holidays by now and shopping is winding down. If not, I hope you weren’t holding out on some big release this week … the biggest seems to be the multiplatform No new releases! Seriously – all we get is a PC ‘comic book creator’ for Spore and a DS holdover of something that reeks of ‘holiday shovelware’. Check out the rest of the list!

As for last week’s games, the biggest release was the multiplatform Rise of the Argonauts, which certainly seemed to live up to the ‘buried deep in the fall release schedule’ theory … as it is sub-par on all fronts.

Since Rock Band 2 for the Wii was delayed from last week until today, you *could* list it this week.
I just picked up a copy and a new wireless guitar this morning, and am waiting for the kids to get home from school to give it a workout.

I might have … but since dragon on the forums reported getting his at Walmart last week it doesn’t seem a ‘real’ delay … just like I don’t have the PC version of Rise of the Argonauts in my hands yet …
