About a month ago, Twisted Pixel released Ms. ‘Splosion Man, a sequel to the hit Xbox LIVE game ‘Splosion Man that featured more 2-D platforming exploding action. Now, Twisted Pixel and Zen Studios, makers of Pinball FX2, have teamed up to bring you Ms. ‘Splosion Man Pinball!

You’ll need to have Pinball FX2 to play Ms. ‘Splosion Man Pinball, but that’s OK because the main hub is free to download. Ms. ‘Splosion Man Pinball features characters, events, and visuals from the main game. Defeat robots, fire balls from cannons, and just explode everywhere. The best part of this game is that the table does a good job of keeping your ball in play for a long time, which is always fun. If there are any problems, it’s that the game lifts all the audio, music, and voices from the main game, so you won’t see anything new here. But that’s such a nitpicky quibble that it’s hardly even worth mentioning. Personally, I like Ms. ‘Splosion Man Pinball better than the main game!

Kid Factor:

Even though Ms. ‘Splosion Man was rated T for Teen, the pinball table and Pinball FX2 is rated E for Everyone with an ESRB descriptor of Comic Mischief. Hey, it’s pinball. There’s no real violence and no reading skill is required. Pinball is easy to learn and get into and great for the whole family.
