Some new Splatoon amiibo recently splashed down, this time featuring the Octoling characters.  Let’s dive in and take a look at them.

The Octoling set is a three pack, and includes an Octo boy, girl, and octopus.  Here they are in the box.

And here they are out of the box.  The first thing that came to my mind is how PINK they are!  So much so they almost could be promoting breast cancer awareness with that much pink.  I do like how the boy and girl are holding different weapons other than the ink guns.

When you scan them in the game you get new outfits.  I haven’t bought the Octoling expansion DLC, though.  It’s 20 bucks and I hear the single player missions are really hard.  If any of you have tried this DLC, let me know what you think.  Later!  –Cary
