Forest Island (Mobile)
Cultivate your own ever-growing island with landmasses, vegetation, and wildlife in Forest Island, a relaxing endless clicker on mobile devices (reviewed on iPad here).
The game starts with a single island and you’ll tap on orbs of energy to make it grow. It’ll automatically add vegetation and animals. Every so often, you’ll be able to collect hearts and currency from the animals, which you can use to level up your island even more. You’ll see rabbits, ducks, bears, deer, foxes, wolves, and more. You can also take pictures of certain animals and hatch eggs to give you even more currency to level up. Once you have enough currency and energy, you’ll be able to add a new landmass to your island to unlock even more animals and such.
Aside from being yet another mindless endless clicker, the only other main problem I had is that in most of these types of games, when you leave and come back, you’ll automatically reap the benefits from what you’ve collected during your time gone. But in this game you have to click on something to collect those goodies while you were away. And the game doesn’t really tell you to do that. But otherwise this is a very relaxing game and held my interest a bit longer than most of these endless clickers do.
