Learn Hip Hop style dance moves step by step in Zero to Dance Hero.  It’s a motion controlled dance game on Switch, and you can even pick instructors from the Fitness Boxing games (I think they’re made by the same folks).

Lessons are the main mode here.  You’ll follow step by step instructions from a virtual dance teacher as you hold the JoyCons and match the movements on screen.  They start out slow and keep adding to it so it’s easy to follow. There’s also a free play mode where you can choose several songs to dance to.  The game has a fitness element to it as well, and you can check out your stats in My Data as well as choose an instruction and toggle options.

My main problem with this game is that there’s not enough songs to dance to, and none of them are licensed tunes.  And it takes forever to unlock them as well.  Plus some may find the lessons a little too slow and the dance instructor for them is just a little too perky.  But if you find music games like Just Dance a little too intimidating, you may want to check out this one.

Nothing violent or objectionable here.  Reading skill is helpful for some of the text, though.  Zero to Dance Hero is rated E for Everyone.
