Call of Duty is one of the most successful and long-running first person shooter franchises out there, and now the latest in the series: Advanced Warfare, is now in stores. BradyGames has got your back with a strategy guide for the new entry, so let’s take a look at what you’ll find inside.

The beginning one-third of the guide is dedicated to the single player mode. It goes over basics as well as maps and strategies for every area in the campaign.  The last two-thirds of the guide is dedicated to the multiplayer mode, as that’s always been a big draw for the series.  For this part, you’ll find all the achievements and trophies, Exo Skeletons, supply drops, operators and classes you can create, attachments, perks, and scorestreaks.  I was most impressed with the listing of all the weapons, as they go into detail on each one regarding elements like rate of fire, recoil, and many other tidbits.  Here’s a sample page:

And finally, it has all the multiplayer maps. I thought the maps were well-done, too.  Things are easy to see and in full color.

The only problem I had with the guide is that the text is a little small for my liking. But if you really like Call of Duty and plan to get the new game, you may want to get the guide as well if you’re serious about your game.  Keep in mind this guide is for a rated M title, though.
